Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains how VPNUL handles information related to accounts, orders, and site use when providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions and operating this website. Different information serves different purposes: account data identifies subscriptions, order records support service delivery and after-sales assistance, and site analytics help us understand how the website is performing. VPNUL keeps these categories separate and does not combine website analytics with records of the international sites users visit.

Account Data and Order Records

When creating a VPNUL account, users provide a username and set a password; no email address is required. The username identifies the account, and the password verifies login. While a subscription is active, VPNUL processes plan selections, order status, subscription status, and data usage to display account details, deliver the service, verify transactions, and handle support requests. Do not enter your password in a support ticket or share it in other public spaces.

Order records serve a different purpose from account data. Even if a subscription's status changes, an order may need to be retained to verify payment, handle a refund request, or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. VPNUL does not require information unrelated to these purposes as a condition of account creation. Any details or attachments users choose to include in a support ticket are used only to understand and address that request.

Connection Logs and Site Analytics

VPNUL does not record which websites users visit or retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct browsing destinations. Temporary connection status needed to operate a route helps maintain the current session and is not kept as a historical connection log after the session ends. This policy applies to network connections through the subscription service, not to analytics for pages on this website.

When users visit this website, VPNUL may process page visit events, visit times, and basic browser information to check that pages display correctly, troubleshoot errors, and improve site navigation. Website analytics are not used to create a list of international websites visited by users. If users provide connection error details in a support ticket, VPNUL handles them as part of that request. Do not attach passwords or complete subscription links.

Cookies and Local Storage

This website and the user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to maintain login status, remember interface preferences, and support essential page features. This data is stored in the browser environment users access the site with. After clearing site data in the browser, users may need to set their preferences again and log back in.

Browsers usually provide options to view, restrict, and clear site data. Restricting essential storage may affect login and use of account pages. Website analytics are described in the previous section; cookies and local storage are not, by themselves, a basis for VPNUL to retain records of users' browsing destinations.

Third-Party Payments and Information Sharing

VPNUL supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. When users select a payment method, the information required for the payment is processed by the relevant third-party payment service. VPNUL receives the transaction result and order identifier needed to confirm the order and provide after-sales assistance. The payment service's own handling of transaction information is governed by the terms it provides to users.

To verify orders or handle payment disputes, VPNUL may use necessary order status information and transaction identifiers, but does not ask users to submit complete payment credentials in website support tickets. Before entering information on a payment page, users should verify their selected payment method and review the page instructions. VPNUL does not use account or order information for unrelated purposes, except where needed to deliver the service, provide after-sales assistance, or comply with applicable law.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

VPNUL determines retention periods based on the purpose of each type of information: account data is used for identification and service delivery while the account is in use; order records are retained as needed for transaction verification, after-sales assistance, and applicable legal requirements; website analytics are cleared periodically after operational analysis; and support ticket information is retained while requests are handled and for any necessary follow-up. The handling of connection logs is described above; the retention of order records does not mean connection logs are kept.

Users can request deletion of account data or ask about the handling of specific records through the support ticket section of the user panel. VPNUL will verify that the request is associated with the account and delete information that is no longer needed and not required by law to be retained. Order records that must be kept will be handled after the relevant obligation ends. Deleting account data may make subscriptions and historical orders unavailable in the panel, so please confirm which order information you need before submitting a request.

If this policy changes, VPNUL will publish the updated text on this page and revise the last-updated date at the top. The updated policy will govern any significant changes to information purposes or handling practices. Users can review the current version here before continuing to use the service. Questions about account data can be submitted through the user panel as a support ticket.
