SETUP / VPNUL

VPNUL Setup Guide

Follow the actual steps in the dashboard and client, from account setup to server selection. Check the result at each step before moving on.

ACCOUNT

Create an account

First, open the sign-up page in the dashboard, enter a username and password, and follow the on-screen steps to create your account. VPNUL uses username-and-password sign-up; no email address is required. Save your credentials in a password manager you control. You’ll need them to access plans, subscriptions, and orders in the dashboard.

After signing up, check that the dashboard has opened to your account area. If you’re still on the login screen, sign in with the credentials you just created. Creating an account does not give your client an active server list: you’ll need to choose a plan in the dashboard and get your subscription first. Don’t guess a server address or paste your account password into the client’s import field. Next, choose the plan that fits your usage.

PLAN

Choose a plan and place your order

See the current options in the plans section of the dashboard. Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Choose a plan type based on how often you’ll use it and how much data you expect to need, then compare the available tiers. Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date; data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Since they work differently, don’t compare them by price alone.

Review the order summary in the dashboard. Check the plan name, price, and payment method, then follow the prompts to place your order. VPNUL accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; follow the payment steps shown on the order page. If your subscription doesn’t appear after payment, check the order status before trying again. When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. For a detailed comparison, see the full plan details. VPNUL offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund; see the plans and terms pages for details.

Wait until the dashboard shows an active subscription before setting up your client. The client uses the subscription information in your dashboard to load the server list; importing before the order is complete usually won’t show the expected servers. At this stage, check the plan status in the dashboard—not the client’s connection switch.

SUBSCRIPTION

Get your subscription from the dashboard

After logging in, open the account overview to check your plan status and find the subscription import option. The dashboard may offer a copyable subscription link or an import option for a specific client. Choose the one that matches your client, then switch to the client after copying. A subscription link is the address a client uses to load the server list. It is not the website address, your login credentials, or the name of an individual server.

Keep your subscription details on your own devices. Don’t post the link in public forums or include it in screenshots. It may be tied to your account’s subscription access. If you think it has been exposed, contact support through the dashboard or a ticket instead of sharing it further. When copying, make sure you haven’t included any surrounding instructions: the client needs the complete link, and missing the end of it may prevent updates.

Once the link is copied, you’re done in the dashboard for now. Next, use the client to load the subscription and create a server list; you can’t start a connection directly from the website. If the expected details aren’t shown in the overview, check your order status first. For account and subscription questions, visit the Help Center.

IMPORT

Import your subscription into the client

Find available clients in the client section of the dashboard, then install one on your device and complete any sign-in steps it requires. VPNUL supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The steps below cover subscription import on common desktop and mobile platforms. This page does not provide installation files or ready-to-use subscription links. On any platform, get your own subscription from the dashboard, then save and update it in the client.

DESKTOP

Windows

Open the Windows client provided in the dashboard and find its subscription management or configuration import section. Choose the option to add a subscription by link, paste the address copied from your account overview, save it, and update. Return to the configuration or server list and confirm the client has loaded selectable servers. If the list is empty, check that you pasted the complete subscription link and that the update finished.

DESKTOP

macOS

In your macOS client, look for a subscription, configuration, or import menu. It may be in the main window or in a management panel opened from a menu bar icon. Choose the option to import from a link, paste the subscription address from the dashboard, and save it. Then update the subscription and check that the server list appears. If macOS asks for network-related permissions for the first time, read the prompt and follow your client’s instructions.

MOBILE

Android

Open the configuration or subscription page in your Android client and look for an add button, then choose the option to import from a link. Paste the subscription address, save the configuration, and refresh the list. Return to the main screen and check that you can select a server. When connecting for the first time, Android may ask you to authorize the network connection. Confirm the prompt is for the client you’re using before continuing. If you copied the address from another app, check that no extra spaces were pasted into the field.

MOBILE

iOS

Open an iOS client that supports subscription imports. In the subscription or configuration manager, choose the option to add a link, paste the subscription address from the dashboard, and save it. Some clients put the import option under Scan or Add Configuration; choose the link option. Once the update finishes, confirm that servers appear in the list before connecting. If iOS asks for permission on the first connection, check the app name and the action you’re taking.

After importing on any platform, you should see a server list loaded from your subscription. This confirms the subscription was read successfully, but you still need to select a server and connect. Linux users can also start from the client section of the dashboard and follow the subscription import instructions for their client. Menu names differ between apps, so this page doesn’t present them as one universal set of steps.

VERIFY

Connect and verify it works

Choose a location in the server list that suits your needs, then use the client’s connection switch to connect. Wait until the client shows you’re connected, then open the website or service you need and check that it loads. Don’t judge by the button color alone: check the client status, whether the page opens, and whether the app you need is accessible. If only one app isn’t working as expected, first check whether it uses the connection mode currently enabled in the client.

For your first check, start by loading a regular webpage, then test the services you actually use. Use the location and usage notes to help choose a server; if needed, try another server in the same region. The server page explains server types and how to choose one. The server list can change when your subscription updates, so rely on what the client currently shows. After connecting, check that the client stays active. If the connection drops after switching networks or sending the app to the background on a mobile device, check the client’s connection status first.

If a webpage still won’t load, don’t create another account or order another plan. Check the subscription status in the dashboard, confirm the client has updated, and make sure a server is selected. Then try reconnecting. Separate the question of whether the client can load a server list from whether it can connect to a server; this makes it easier to pinpoint the issue.

NEXT

Troubleshoot by symptom

This guide covers connection checks, not troubleshooting during initial setup. For common questions about accounts, payments, and subscription updates, browse the Help Center. If you can’t connect, can connect but webpages won’t load, notice slower speeds, or lose the connection when a mobile app runs in the background, use the troubleshooting guide and check each symptom in turn. This makes it easier to identify what changed than adjusting several client settings at once.

Before submitting a support ticket, note your platform, the status shown in the client, the selected server, what you were doing when the issue occurred, and the troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried. Describe what happened, but don’t share your full subscription link or account password on a public page. After logging in, continue through the ticket section of the dashboard. Clear steps to reproduce the issue are more helpful than simply saying “it doesn’t work.”
